Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Wine Well Chiller LLC. We take pride in delivering durable, made-to-order equipment. Please review our refund and warranty policies carefully before placing your order.

1. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

If your CryoChiller or accessory arrives damaged in transit, we will provide a replacement part or unit at no cost to you. Customers must:

• Take clear photos of the damage

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Open a shipping claim with the carrier (Southeastern Freight Lines, FedEx Freight, or UPS, depending on shipment)

Note: We do not offer exchanges for incorrect accessory orders. If a wrong item is ordered, the customer may keep it, and we will send a replacement at no additional charge.

2. Warranty Policy

Standard Warranty

Each CryoChiller comes with a 12-month limited warranty, covering manufacturer defects or failures involving:

• Compressor

• Fan

• Digital Metering Device

• Water Pump

Extended Warranty

An optional 8-year extended warranty is available for $499, and must be purchased within one month of the original order. It includes full refrigeration system replacement during the extended term.

3. How Warranty Service Works

• We ship replacement parts directly to you at no cost

• Defective parts do not need to be returned

• We do not cover labor for installation or service

4. Warranty Maintenance Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage, customers must follow these operational guidelines:

• Power cycle daily: Turn unit off at night and on at opening

• Do not operate the unit 24/7

• Keep filters clean

• Change water monthly or as needed

• Use 8oz of chiller solution with each refill

• Remove debris buildup from condenser if necessary

Failure to follow these maintenance guidelines may void the warranty.

5. Support & Claims

To file a warranty claim, email support@winewellchiller.com with:

• Your order number

• CryoChiller serial number (located on the rear of unit)

• Description of the issue

• Photos or video (if applicable)

We respond to support inquiries within 24–48 hours. Phone support is available by request after initial email contact.
