Shipping Policy

Effective Date: April 5th, 2025

Wine Well Chiller LLC ships all products within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories outside the mainland.

1. Shipping Methods

CryoChiller Units

• Shipped via Southeastern Freight Lines or FedEx Freight

• Carrier is chosen based on the most affordable pricing and reasonable transit time

• Signature is required upon delivery

• Shipped to residential and commercial addresses

• $50 fee applies for:

• Residential addresses

• Locations without a liftgate (including golf and country clubs)

• Requests for liftgate service

• An additional $15 administrative fee applies if these requirements are not declared at checkout

Accessory-Only Orders

• Shipped via UPS Ground

2. Fulfillment Timeline

• Standard lead time is 5–7 business days, but this is an estimate, not a guarantee

• Delays may occur due to supply chain interruptions, high order volumes, or custom builds

• Tracking information will be sent once the order ships

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping rates may be automatically calculated at checkout

• You may also request a custom quote, and we will price the shipment using our freight account

• Customers are responsible for any redelivery fees if a delivery is missed or refused

4. Receiving Your Shipment

Damaged Shipments

If a shipment appears damaged:

• Accept the delivery, do not refuse it

• Ask the delivery driver to note the damage if possible

• Take clear photos of the damaged item, box, and packaging

• Report the issue to us immediately at support@winewellchiller.com

We will guide you through filing a claim and provide a replacement if approved.

5. Limited Access Delivery Fee

Shipments delivered to limited access locations will incur an additional $50 fee. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Country clubs and golf courses

• Camps

• Churches or places of worship

• Construction sites

• Estates, farms, and ranches

• Marinas

• Military bases

• Mini storage warehouses

• Schools and universities

• Jails or detention centers

• Nuclear power plants

• Any similar locations as defined by Southeastern Freight Lines (SEFL) or the carrier

This fee is assessed per shipment or per vehicle and is in addition to standard shipping charges.

Customer Responsibility for Undeclared Limited Access or Liftgate Requirements

If a customer fails to select the appropriate options at checkout (such as limited access delivery or liftgate service), and the shipping carrier later classifies the destination or service as such, Wine Well Chiller LLC reserves the right to invoice the customer for:

• The $50 service fee (per instance)

• A $15 administrative fee

• Applicable taxes

These charges are non-negotiable once assessed by the carrier. To avoid unexpected fees or shipping delays, we strongly recommend contacting us at support@winewellchiller.com prior to ordering if you are unsure whether your delivery address or requirements qualify.
